"The location is perfect. There’s cafe’s nearby, restaurants, shops and it’s so close to the train station. The stairs you have to take from the train station have a ramp so it’s perfect if you have luggage. Our room/bathroom was a bit on the small size but we didn’t spend too much time in the room since Venice was so amazing 😊 our room also had access to the terrace with the view of the courtyard."

"OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. Buildings are hundreds of years old so keep this in mind. Rooms are clean and decent. Negatives are, limited...

"Nice hotel, nice views from the window, good location. No breakfast offered but there are so many cafes etc nearby so you won't go hungry, also there is a kitchen in the hotel you can use. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a blind and the shower was in view of the window, the opposite building was quite far, but not far enough, so a blind that you can open and close would be a good idea! "Beautiful small property with visually stunning touches. It's a somewhat unusual mix of a boutique hotel and an Airbnb, e.g. no front desk or maid service. Fantastic base for us to explore Venice for a few days. Centrally located with a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and the Rialto, 5-10 minute walk to water taxi services, 20-25 minute walk to the train station and automobile pickups. Also, the restaurant right next door, Hostaria Bacanaria, was one of the best meals of our whole trip."
