" It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people. "

"We stayed in this house as a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. The bedrooms are large. Upon arrival there were some welcome fruit/snacks which I greatly appreciated as a mom traveling with three young children all day. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed (note: there were not basic spices/seasoning like salt, pepper etc.). "We had a great experience at this property! Jorge was very responsive and we were allowed an early check in which was so helpful. The home itself seemed bigger than the photos, and was very clean. The neighborhood itself was noisy at night, with a lot of dogs barking and patrons from the bar, but being in a gated community we felt very safe and never had any issues. "Casa Lila is situated in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The view from the rooftop deck is incredible, great for enjoying drinks and listening to the waves. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance from the property. The house itself is maintained in a style reminiscent of its history.The parking situation worked fine for us, however those with mobility issues may find the walk from the lot a couple blocks away to be challenging. "Everything was simply fantastic...We were closer to everything and it was quiet. Everything was clearly explained to us and it was clean."

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"Our family really enjoyed this property all around. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. There is a porch out back which is relaxing as well as upper balconies with ocean views. Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again."

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience.
