Fantastic hotel to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day sightseeing in Agra. Lovely pool and spa. Great food with a choice of 2 restaurants. Very attentive staff. Looking forward to returning

It was a great stay. Hospitality is one of their strongest suits. Helped preparing a special food for my toddler which was not on the menu three meals a day. Roof top bar was a bit expensive but the drinks was amazing. Would highly recommend this.

Most things about the hotel felt dusty. The rooftop bar is dusty, the restaurant food wasn't bad, but definitely not special given the price. Hot water in the shower wasn't available all the time, and the rooms are pretty small. Definitely not a 5 star experience.

Had some road noise in our rooms which was annoying. Cocktails were substandard. The dinner on the balcony was nice. But our transport from Delhi and back was way over priced at 12000 rupees each way. Also overpriced sales of all items including water.

I was expecting better services at a Taj group of hotels, the thing that annoyed me the most was the water bottle cost at the rooftop bar, it was way too much. It's ok to charge travelers extra for services, but services should be delivered.

Staff is very helpful - front desk , around the hotel and dinning . Dinner and breakfast was good with multiple fresh choices. It’s a pet friendly property and my children were in love with the two labs at the hotel. My son was ill overnight the staff was very helpful in extending our checkout hours and were concerned about his wellbeing. Felt very safe as I was travelling on my own with my boys and aged mum. Swimming pool facilities was ok and the lobby is very relaxing with live classics music in evening and mornign hours. Excellent view from the roof top of Taj. It’s 5 mins away from the attractions. Welcome mithai platter was excellent. Only issue is that the aircon made me feel was dusty. I’m very sensitive to dust so can sense it easily. Staff helped vacuum etc but it’s not the room floor as it was sparkling clean. It was the aircon.

The property was very convenient located in front of the main road in Agra, but this perhaps could be a bad thing if you happens to choose a room not facing to the pool (as we did), Indian loving for the horn will stay up until late night. The pool was very good, and the view from the roof terrace to the Taj Mahal was great.
