"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"Cozy little city nook located in University City, South West Philadelphia. Near Universities, police station, hospitals, restaurants, a supermarket and so on, very convenient location. Plenty of sleeping areas, comfy beds, Powerful showers and air conditioners. Cute deck. Quiet neighbors. Near public transportation. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"We really appreciated all the extras this property had to offer. Especially the children’s items - we had a busy 2 year old and wanted a family friendly location. This property didn’t disappoint. Very clean, decor as shown. Small children families should know the washer is at their level. We placed the toy kitchen in front which helped. Does have a gas range (no knob locks) and TV is not anchored but stable. The parking was difficult and we did use the off street parking lot one night and...
