"Lovely room if a little dated in terms of decor and where sockets were (nowhere near the bed!). Shame breakfast starts later on a Saturday as it sounded lovely but I had to be in work just after it started. "

"Excellent stay in a cosy double. The room had everything you needed and I liked the little touches like fresh milk and sherry. Breakfast was excellent, all freshly cooked. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and courteous. Would recommend and I am booked to stay later in the year. "

"Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."
