"It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . The restaurant is very good we enjoy th3 food and wine and specially the service given by Emmanuel, very friendly and made our dinner wonderful. The last thing that we didn’t like is that the room and the living that look to different...

The location just a bit east of Sutri is ideal for visiting Etruscan sites, though Google Maps complicated our arrival, suggesting we needed to drive kilometers past the hotel and then approach from the east. We stayed for the great service but encourage anyone who wants to discover a beautiful, less visited part of Italy to enjoy this area and all it offers making this comfortable property your base. "The decoration is a bit TOO old, looks like we went back time, but besides that its a great place to stay! right by the lake with a private beach, beautiful view!
