"Our stay was fantastic! We arrived early and they prepared our room quickly, a couple hours before check in. They also stored our suitcases and had them in our room when we returned. Every employee was exceptionally nice, professional and went out of their way to help us. The room was beautiful and clean. I’m looking forward to returning."

"We had a warm welcome and were given a free upgrade to a lovely large room. Only there two nights but our stay was very comfortable. Good location for sightseeing (Colosseum less than 20 minute walk) plus very handy for getting the bus between Termini and Ciampino."

"We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful. "
