"An ideal stay for adults, with Claudio as friendly host. He picked us up and gave us a bruschetta snack upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities all worked and the local bus whizzed us direct to the centre of Rome. "

"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the...

"This is our second trip there and the owners are very accommodating & friendly and the property is in a beautiful setting , with a great little pool. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night, so there was no dinner service. But otherwise we were very pleased and will be back next year! "

"We are was unhappy and disappointed ! Pictures whispering Us that , this is separated property , however this is just part of the Villa yard , and Smell like was in a cellar ,The bed and duvet, was unfresh , has not TV , missed light in the bathromm light, aircondition was broken dosen't worked properly, the Wifi signal dosen't worked inside the building , and finaly We got hidden charge !!!!"

"This place was perfect for us. We arranged to stay here for one night, which was a big mistake. We should have stayed here several days, making day trips to Pitigliano, Sovana, Civita, Saturnia, and anywhere else nearby we wanted to visit. "La vacanza più rilassante e confortevole mai fatta! Luciano e Paola sono stati meravigliosi, accoglienti e attenti. Nel cottage non mancava nulla, dal caffè all’acqua, l’olio di loro produzione e i fichi freschi del giardino. Un luogo incantevole e magico, si percepisce subito imboccando la stradina di campagna (comodamente asfaltata) che si snocciola fra pascoli, campi e macchia. Tramonti mozzafiato e silenzio assoluto. Insomma, io e mio marito non vediamo l’ora di tornare!"
