"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. "Laura is the lady that runs the property. She’s very helpful. Very nice. Will tell you all about the area. The property is very clean however we stayed in Suite 3 and the mattress had a 4 inch depression in it where I slept, which gave me a bit of a sore back unfortunately, you need to replace that mattress. It’s pretty obviously worn out."

"We really enjoyed this property. It was a great walkable location, had food options nearby including a grocery and was in a nice neighborhood that made me feel less like a tourist and more like someone taking in the culture. Great four our family of four!"

"This was a wonderful stay! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Lots of cute shops and restaurants behind it. Turn right out of the hotel and explore the alleyways and small streets. Very walkable to all of the main attractions. Will stay there again on my next trip to Rome."

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"We stayed here over Christmas and it was great! Very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It was close to many attractions and public transportation. The owner provided us with all the information to check in and checked in on us throughout stay. I would definitely recommend!"

"Thank you to our hosts for making our party of 6 feel very welcome. From original booking to check out, nothing was a problem and Sandro was so welcoming including arranging very efficient transfers to and from airport. The apartment is in a lovely, old building, with a lift, located very close to the Papal Basilica of Sancta Maria di Maggiore (spelling?) and a less than 15 min walk to colosseum, the train/metro station is also close by which we used a few times. Can be a little noisey at night...

"So very glad we stayed there! We are a family of four and the staff, room and location were beyond excellent. The nicest most helpful people and staff at the hotel! We walked everywhere and the Colosseum was a 15 minute walk, the rest is 20-25 minutes. cafe right downstairs with live music on Friday, and the best thing ever is the subway, it’s right there!!! Breakfast is very nice as well, lots of options. Clean and very comfortable, and close to everything. The building, like all Rome buildings is a little dated but the price and all of the above more than made up for it! We all loved it"
