"Wonderful boutique B&B. We came across it by chance looking for a place near to both Saturnia Spa and Lake Bolsena - both of which are must-do destinations in this part of Italy. The small walled town of Farnese is a real delight - narrow cobbled streets, friendly locals, and reasonable prices in the local bars. Our room was very clean and classy, and BXT great too. Highly recommended. "

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. "It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . The restaurant is very good we enjoy th3 food and wine and specially the service given by Emmanuel, very friendly and made our dinner wonderful.
