"Beautiful location on Grace Bay. Staff was friendly, kind and always eager to help. Nice quiet adults only pool, with a lovely family pool at the bar/restaurant. Beach front was beautiful and convenient for pick ups right on the water for tours. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but even easier with hotel bikes which can be signed out for free two hours at a time. Rooms have kitchenettes or alternatively full stoves. "I just checked out from resort. It was what I needed, which was quiet are without distractions or noise. Wenie, the property manager, was very attentive. The food was amazing. The service staff, with the exception of one, were great. "

"As a luxury travel writer, I have been to the best hotels in the world and the Caribbean. When I travel with my family, I have to be a bit more budget minded so we booked a 2 bedroom ocean front suite which was beautiful. Not necessarily cheap but a great value for what you get. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms, etc. On the first floor so view was a little covered by plants but absolutely beautiful still. "Incredible vacation and everyone in Our party loved it!! Beach was easily accessible and could snorkel right on your own beach and see beautiful fish. Pools were clean and staff was friendly and minimal wait times for dinner! We will definitely be coming back with our family of four!"

"Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though."

"Beautiful location on Grace Bay. Staff was friendly, kind and always eager to help. Nice quiet adults only pool, with a lovely family pool at the bar/restaurant. Beach front was beautiful and convenient for pick ups right on the water for tours. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but even easier with hotel bikes which can be signed out for free two hours at a time. Rooms have kitchenettes or alternatively full stoves. Grocery store close by if you want to save some money you can always eat a few meals in the room or dine al fresco on the lovely balconies attached to each room. In room washers and driers with courtesy laundry soap so when we left our bags were packed with clean clothes-making our journey home that much easier. Thank you Royal West Indies for a great stay! "
