"Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. "Have stayed at Grace Bay in the past and much prefer Rock House location with being closer to the airport and more private. And although beach area smaller it was never overcrowded and plenty of room at both pool and beach for entire family. Plunge pool also well worth the spurge and overall great experience at Rock House and we will be back again! "

We would stay here again, but there are 2 things that jumped out to us that needed attention. 1) For the number of guests at this resort there are very few chairs around the pool. "Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! Food was amazing, two places to eat at , the bar and the dunes restaurant. At the bar you could get their food and the dunes menu. Only dunes menu at dunes restaurant. Was surprised to learn we had free ocean front dining at no additional charge. Pools were fantastic, even had private beach , chairs and cabanas for customers in addition to direct access to the public beach. Room was spectacular with two bottles of wine and a bottle of water...

"I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back! "Our stay at Zenza was dreamy. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip of resorts, but it is only a short walk to a magnificent stretch of beach. Turtle Cove is a lovely little area and there are several good restaurants there, so you never have to stray from the hotel if you're fine with just soaking in the splendor of the immediate area. For a romantic getaway, it was perfect."
