"This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it!"

"Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings. "

"We truly liked the location of the Villa at the end of West Grace Bay. It was very relaxed and not at all crowded.The private beach access was wonderful and there were plenty of sun loungers, (not as many umbrellas and tables though!) The Gardenia Villa is surrounded by lush gardens. The grounds are very well taken care for. Luz and her team cleaned our villa every day, which was wonderfu! A big thank you to her and her team. "The property is quite nice and well maintained. Access to the beach is a paved 100’ path and it’s gorgeous. Snorkeling at Smith’s Reef is a .3 mile walk up the beach.The room was quaint and comfortable. It had a coffee maker, microwave and small dorm size frig. We had a rental car (360 for the week) and would recommend that to all staying here. There are a couple of restaurants close by but the really good and highly rated restaurants are further up Grace Bay and are too far away to walk. "

"Perfect location and place for my two young adult sons and I. Having the paddle boards and kayak at the beach and not having to lug chairs was an added bonus! And, the kayak is for three people -- SUPER! The only negative - there were no games for the evening. We solved that by getting a deck of cards at one of the gift shops. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our first international VRBO, we really loved the views! Sunrise every morning with our drinks on patio were amazing! The unit was very clean and was what we expected. We did not have a good Wi-Fi experience while staying there and the driveway entrance is very rocky. But overall it was nice and quiet with amazing views of the chalk sound."

"Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! I really hope we can return here, because we feel like we are coming "home" when we get to this familiar & special place! Thanks again for everything!!"
