"Very friendly and responsive host. Comfortable accommodations and very private. Loved the private pool and rainforest experience. Small Appliances were dated - toaster, coffee maker, microwave- but functional. Some distance to services and beaches. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (she’s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But there’s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property ...

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"We had a lovely experience this past week. We went to Puerto Rico for a wedding and found the most beautiful place in Humacao. The hosts, my security, all personnel Were wonderful. The furniture, beds, view, everything was absolutely exquisite."

"When with family. The kids had a blast at the pool. Very close to the cinemas, restaurants and groceries. Very quiet and secured."

"We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful scenery. Very spacious. The one thing I would suggest is having a small refrigerator downstairs and maybe consider connecting those downstairs rooms to the upper part of the house. We had some of oir family in the 2 rooms downstairs and they had to walk out of the main house to get to thosth"
