"This property is perfect! It was so close to everything including beaches, La Placita, restaurants, and nightlife while being on a quiet one-way street away from the loud avenue. The room was very clean with fresh towels, extra blankets, and sheets. The air conditioner worked very well and it was easy to adjust. "Need more options for breakfast, like bagels, toaster oven, boiled eggs, fruits, etc... We stayed for 7 days and I expected more options for breakfast. There were fruit flies in the room every day. The a/c should not blow directly to the bed. It made sleeping very cold even when we raised the temperature. The room had a stale smell that would not go away."

"Cute common space. Water pressure and heat on point. Safe code required to enter. Stark white-blue lighting inside the room as a main source of light was terrible. Sounds from common space transferred to inside the room easily. AC fan options inside room. Fast and communicative customer service. Not bad but pls change the color temperature of the lights and perhaps put foam seals at bottom of door to help block out sound."

"Words can’t begin to express the wonderful experience I had here. As this was a business trip the whole time felt like this was a much needed getaway. As I like vintage stays this was right up my alley so much history and culture, So much to explore and the mini balcony great touch, I am definitely coming back here, not far from beach either. "Numero uno is a great place! Perfect location, helpful staff, right on the beach, walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. The property is clean with nice amenities. But there are some things that could use some TLC. Bathroom was small and odd water pressure/hot water issues. "

"I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by. "

"Great hidden gem! Hosts were very kind. The area is secure and always locked. Garage to park in. Room great! So clean, can cook and really make yourself at home here. Beautiful patio area w pool and chairs to sit by pool. Unlock the gate and it leads to the beach. Beach is a little rough so we chose the pool. A lot of dining options in area. Area/streets outside of hotel is a bit dirty and run down. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Such a great stay for 2 nights! Location is in the heart of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to all the historical sights. The room is small but in a very cool open air building. Bathroom is not attached but is right across the room and used the same room key - which was no problem for us! The bathroom was very big! We loved our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay if you'll be out and about exploring the majority of the day! "

"We had a wonderful stay and great time in Old San Juan. The house was well equipped with all amenities (but bring your own laundry soap!) and very clean. The fresh smell was very welcoming. It was warm outside so the AC was great and a must have. Loved how the shutter doors/windows opened to the street. It was a very lively neighborhood with noise well into the night.. this did not bother us in the primary sweet and our daughter slept with ear plugs and slept great. Lots of space and storage...

"The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....
