"This property was good. We enjoyed the quiet walkable neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were great. You literally have everything you need to cook, beach chairs, coolers. Great additions. However, the towel rack in the bathroom needs replacing and if you’re going to use the hot tub turn it on when you arrive. It took 48hrs to completely heat up =\. Maybe it’s time for a new one? I would definitely stay again in the future. "

"The house was even better than expected! Beautiful, so many details that made our big family trip a bit easier. Plenty of pool towels, pool Was fabulous. Pool table and games provided. Property stunning and spotless. Hosts were super helpful and communicated very quickly. Could not recommend this property enough. We loved it!!"

"The property is quite stunning with its view. Could not be closer to the water. Beds were a bit hard for our liking so we bought mattress toppers at Walmart and slept just fine. Would be nice if shower water was a bit warmer but it sufficed. Property advertises a jacuzzi tub. While technically this correct, it is NOT a hot tub. Water is not heated. Feel like this should be clarified in the listing. The sliding glass doors to both bedrooms need some maintenance…extremely loud and hard to...

"Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (she’s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But there’s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property ...
