"I arrived and checkin was smooth, I had an issue with my room and being that it was my first visit to country I was sad. "The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....

"We are frequent visitors to the island and this was our first time to stay with Hugo’s. The property was amazing! Everything was super clean and welcoming.
