" It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. We were there over New Years when the power was off so there were challenges but we managed. Note: The kitchen was semi well equipped but there was not a can opener. "The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star."

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy.
