"An amazing service in an amazing location! We'd managed to accidentally double book, but the staff offered to refund one, even though they didn't have to! Breakfast was exceptional, massive choice and quality. We also dined in their Saigon restaurant, which is well worth a visit. Take mozzy spray, the lake does attract these unfortunately - the hotel does have plug-in repellents and flyscreens on the patio doors, but the odd one will still get in. The views and room are worth the risk, so don't let this put you off!"

They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day tour. All of the facilities were great, and breakfast was very generous. "

We booked online however by the time we arrived the type of room we booked was no longer available so they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe. Location in old quarter - very central. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty - try the club French toast! Would recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel and friendly, efficient staff. Fabulous location, just set back from the street, amazing breakfast and spotlessly clean. We’d stay here again. There’s some building work around the hotel which finishes around 8/8.30pm but it didn’t disturb us - you’re in the centre of a very busy city so to be expected."
