"I never leave a bad review and sat with this for a week before doing so. I am only leaving this review so travelers are aware going in. I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...

"The room is on top of a restaurant so I can smell everything they cook. Besides that everything was good, had a great location, it was close to everything. "

"The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Got to venue in dirty alleyway. Messaged owner through WhatsApp number provided by Stayz and the owner replied to say they don't sell any rentals through Stayz and the property I told them about was taken off the market more than two years previously. Was NYE so had to book another hotel at a premium. Not impressed with Stayz at all, who I had to fight for a refund."

"The house is close to everything, good location. However, i do not recommend to use their laundry service. They pay only 15k vnd/kg( about 1 usd) for the laundry mat but will ask you to pay 50k vnd ( 3 usd) ."
