"Arrived and room wasn’t ready, waited in bar and gave complimentary drinks until it was. Hotel is in great location to walk to nearby Christmas market, with nearby parking (expensive but you do get a hotel discount). Room was perfect for the family of 4 with 2 double beds, only issue with room was air con not working and shower wasn’t the best, but fine for a one night stay. Breakfast which was included in my rate was very good, although there were people who just wanted a light bite not willing to pay the set £17 price. "

"Great hotel right behind the train station in leeds. Walkable to town centre. Rooms clean and staff really helpful. Breakfast is great - plenty of choice including pastries, traditional English breakfast, juices, fruit, etc. "

"Check-in staff were lovely despite unfortunately being subject to abuse from several other customers who hadn't read their small print and didn't seem to be aware that photo ID was required at check-in. Please take photo ID with you rather than turn into a screeching harpy at the desk, it's absolutely not necessary and your lack of reading properly is not the staff's fault. The hotel itself is very central, super handy for Piccadilly Gardens if using the tram during your stay and just as handy for arriving on the train at Piccadilly station. The hotel decor is probably a little dated but that doesn't bother me when I'm hoping to spend the majority of my time there sleeping. The hotel was clean, tidy and as a solo female traveller I felt safe throughout my stay. If the price is favourable the next time that I go to Manchester, I wouldn't hesitate to book there again. "

"What a great hotel. Right in the square attached to the railway station. Walked out of the door and straight into the Christmas Market. Definitely a great place to stay and the breakfast staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble."
