"Missed the parking lot so had to do nearly a whole lap of the city to get back. Otherwise parking is convenient to the hotel. Very central to many restaurants and bars. And great view of the city from our room which was very large. Would stay again as the traffic to get to the city was not a problem. "

"We only stayed for one night but I cannot fault this hotel! It’s in a fab location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Other reviews mention having trouble getting into the building late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with sumptuous pillows. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manchester! "

"A very last minute booking due to train problems. Check in, about 10 minutes after booking, was quick and polite. A toothbrush was delivered to me within a few minutes. The room was huge, the bed incredibly comfortable, everything you could want."

"Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "
