"Our check in time was 3pm and although the booking was accepted and property details provided, we were not send the code to access the key box. We messaged the host for the final access details as we were arriving and got no response. We called VRBO who provded details to contact the host directly and also no response. "Our two night stay in Lodge 1 was perfect and relaxing. Easy checkin process and the lodge was clean and welcoming. The lodge is just 10 minutes away from Skipton centre and 20 minutes away from Bolton Abbey, which we had a lovely walk around. Sitting in the hot tub with the starry sky and the hilly views topped the stay off. One of the top lodges I’ve ever stayed in. "
