"The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was cold, because the window was letting in draft and noisy whilst closed, the heater was under the window so wasn’t letting much heat in the room, because of the draft, the food and drink is quite pricey but tasty"

Disappointing with such limited use of spa facilities, which we couldnt use due to the timing of our evening meal, amd breakfast. Overall a lovely hotel though, would stay again but be a little more savvy with planning to maximise the stay.
