"Fantastic location "

"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. The hotel interior hallways could use some updating, but could you could tell it was a very nice space in it's heyday. i appreciate that the hotel takes measures to conserve energy. Rooms use a keycard system to turn on electricity in the rooms, like in the EU. Hallways lights are operated by motion sensor - when I opened by room door the hallway was dark - which startled my wife - but when you step outside of your room into the hallway, it lights up completely. Our room was nice and clean, towels fresh, bed comfy - all we needed for our stay. We did have a lovely breakfast in the restaurant, which was delicious. A very nice stay."

"My stay with the dragon hotel is one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel.. The staff where absolute high class in there level of professionalism and very friendly also didn’t make you feel uneasy or unwanted there.. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the vicinity and I will definitely be staying here again 10/10 "

"Cottage well equipped everything you could need, good location for local walks, including the coast path and after a short steep decline good level walk all the way to Swansea via Mumbles, plenty of places to eat, if your feeling fit, regular buses ( 2 and 2A from Plunch lane and 3 A from the lighthouse car park) if you don't want to drive, just remember the 2 & 2A ( Sunday) only go one way in a circular route, that is down Plunch Lane and not up. Sun passe right over the cottage so plenty of chances to take in the sun. All in all great cottage."

"This is a gem! Room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffees etc, there was even biscuits. Plenty of hanging space. There were even a few books in case you wanted to read. Plenty of lights and plugs. The room i was in faced the beach which is quite literally across the road. There was a very comfortable chair and a little table right in front of the window, it was lovely watching the Mumbles Lighthouse at night! There was also a 2 seater sofa that doubles as another bed if needed. Opposite my room there was a kitchen with microwave and plates, fridge and utensils. There is a shop round the corner where you can buy food, drinks etc. The town centre, bus station and a huge Tesco is about a 10 minute walk away but there are also bus stops nearby. I didnt try the food as i was out from 9am to 9pm but it is vegan/vegetarian and incredibly reasonably priced. The owner carried my suitcase to the room and even checked about an hour later to make sure everything was ok and to see if i needed anything. I absolutely loved it there and can't wait to return with my daughter and granddaughter. By the way, in the cafe downstairs they have loads of board games. I have stayed in lots of hotels in swansea and elsewhere and i can honestly say this is the best hotel i have stayed in. The owner could easily charge a lot more for his rooms as he has thought of everything, it has a homely feel and incredibly fantastic value for money! See you again soon, seriously can't wait!"

"Lovely two night stay at this immaculate coastal apartment. Instructions / Communication with Margaret was excellent. Beautiful location with sea views, very near to a cafe and coastal walks. Easy to find the property, private parking. The apartment has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Incredibly clean and well presented. Highly Recommended and will stay again! Thank You :) "
