"Lovely hotel a little dated in areas but refurbed areas really well done. Food absolutely delicious and service really good, friendly and efficient. On the downside lift was out or order and spa was not open. But would definitely stay again."

"Although the hotel was satisfactory, I was somewhat disappointed with the £100 deposit. While I understand that such deposits are customary, it would have been beneficial if the hotel had explicitly indicated that contactless payment was not an option. The only payment methods available were chip and pin or card number. Fortunately, I had my card number readily available, as I would have been unable to check in without it. In 2024, it is perplexing that contactless payment is not a standard...

"We had two single rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. One room was on ground floor and the other on 2nd floor. Lift wasn't working so that was difficult as person I was with has mobility problems. Apart from that, a good stay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Harvester next door which was handy. "

"Beautifully styled hotel, the room was immaculately clean. Particularly enjoyed the Morgans Bar in the evening. Crossing the road for breakfast feels a bit unusual, but we did opt to stay outside of the main Morgan's hotel "
