"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall...

"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"Hotel and facilities were good. Food was very good. Issue with toilet flushing but continued to keep flushing constantly "

"Easy check in/check out. Room was much larger then expected and modern decoration. Much higher standard than I expected for the price. "
