"Generally, a very nice hotel. Services are excellent. Sink-tap in the bathroom is not great design; splashing water all over, unless you use it in a very low pressure. Seems like toilet doesn’t have a ventilation, just an air condition. Other than the above, great hotel, good location and nice food. I thank the Mr. Akram Jaldin for the great service and hospitality."

"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My...
