I had to wait to receive instructions on how to check in until I actually arrived to the property. This was a little bit nerve racking as I had a late check in and was concerned that I would not have access to the property when I arrived at night. The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty, but ironically the property charges a high rate for cleaning fees. It was hard to sleep at night as there are many lights from the city coming into the bedroom and living room through the blinds, as the blinds are missing multiple slates. I would not stay in this property again.

Arivrral= noKey, outside at until midnight with no bags. tiered, dangerous, early meeting and uncertain. Room ordered not given or available. check out keycafe did not work. had to leave at reception. reception not accommodating and agressive. wanted me to call owner..no clue who to contact. txt messages etc. not working.

I was staying at the property while on a trip to Toronto for a conference. The price and location couldn't have been better. The suite was clean and the owners were very communicative. However, the building and the suite were not well maintained. The building is clearly very transient. The front security guards wore bulletproof vests, which was a bit disarming. The suite itself, while clean, was in disrepair. The couch was broken, a stool was broken, the bed was very lumpy, and a window and the patio door did not close properly, resulting in quite a lot of outside noise. The suite looked ok, if you didn't look too closely, and didn't have issues with sleep. A few basic comforts that I would expect in a hotel or Airbnb - facecloths, blackout curtains, and a coffee maker were not available. I might consider staying again for a short stay based on the price, but this would not be appropriate for a family or for a relaxing vacation.

The first unit I was allocated looked very dated and the couch had stains, I'm not sure if my stay would have been as comfortable if I had not been moved to another unit. The second unit as first glance was not as tired looking as the first and there were no stains on the couch.

The owners were fantastic to ensure we arrived safe and sound and a great individual gave us the keys and showed us around, probably the most spectacular view of Toronto and the waterfront you will ever see and both bedrooms have a great view. Place was very clean and great experience to see that view

The property charged us for stay months in advance and then failed to give us checkin instructions. Did not honour reservation and we spent 4 hours trying to find a new place to stay. Then unable to contact property for refund!!!! Would never book again!!!!

The owner/agent looking after this unit led me to believe that they would be honouring an agreement we had arrived at about a mishap in the booking process. I took her at her word and she stiffed us for $115.00. Not impressed!! Shame on you!

The parking details should have been provided before arrival. I also thought I booked 55 Bremner in the original posting but later found out it was the Ice 2 which confused the plans. Maybe also provide details or images of the entrance and using the fobs.

The first appartment was a slum, not at all the one showed in the pictures. Durty, no table to eat, no towels, no coffee pot, much more smaller than shown, etc. etc. I complained to the owner. They found us another apartment that they called "an upgrade" with 2 rooms but it was just a slightly better than the first one. At least there was a place to seat down ant eat; but the dishawasher and the TV were not working, cabinet doors would not close properly, not aas clean as it should, etc. I do not understand why Expedia deals with that kind of company.
