This is a great apartment, in a perfect location. Gorgeous view. Nice building and nice people. With a very small investment, this could truly be exceptional. For instance, the furnishings, pots and pans, etc are old, the dishes need to be replaced (3 glasses but eleven bowls?), only half the toaster worked. And little things like salt/pepper, dish detergent, etc. If there had been any dish cloths or cleaning products, we would have been happy to clean. Small things that could delight people.

I liked the space and the view of this property. It was a corner apartment so there were plenty of windows. However, the front door knob was broken on the inside so there was a 'trick' to get out of the property. There were three elevators but mostly only one was working.

The property is in such a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. You can also walk to the Eaton centre in about 20 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need, as does the bathroom and bedroom. The living area is nice but my TV wasn’t working so it felt like a bit of a waste as I ended up having to just use my iPad to watch stuff while I was in the apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. The only real concern I had about the place was that there was what looked like blood on my pillow, which was pretty disgusting to be completely honest. Although the rest of the sheets and pillow covers looked clean, it made me pretty uncomfortable thinking that it hasn’t been washed properly.

The add say pet friendly which was one principal reason i book the this place, second, I didn't have acces to the gym at all. Aldo says breakfast included amd i didnt get any and no parking wich I've to pay extra $80. I try to contact the building 15 timea by phone before I came and no body asnwer even when I was in toronto already. The pkace is really good and location is amazing, but the rest is bad service.

Great location
Convenient and close walk to many attractions. I was disappointed that underground parking was not available for my 3 day stay especially after I called them after making my reservation online to confirm I would have parking. There is a parking lot right beside the building which cost $140 for 3 days. It is not a hotel and the customer service at the desk is not the same as you would get at a hotel. My suite was on the 3rd floor and was clean however the cable/satellite TV was not working and when I called the customer service number provided no one was available to help which was disappointing. There is free WIFI so was able to watch Netflix on my computer. The kitchen had all the necessities except no dish cloth. After the taxes & fees, "mandatory fee" of $70 and $140 for parking I could have stayed at a full service hotel for the same price. Overall it was okay and would consider staying there again. I think the best thing going for it is the location.

My sons and I loved the property! Great location, great views beautiful apartment and building. Opportunities to improve: 1-Male sure the cleaning company does s thorough job: The coffee making machine was filthy and the mirrors in the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. 2-Get curtains that cover the whole windows in the bedrooms. 3-The charge for parking is too high. 4-If possible, the front desk should be informed about the name of the guests snd the apartment being visited. Also, if a third party like Orbitz is used, they should know the apartment number. I booked though Orbitz and it took me a while to figure out that the apartment number was sent directly by Atlas. Thank you very much!

If you are spending time in the downtown area this is an ideal location. You're within walking distance of everything you'll need. The room itself is modern and clean and checking in was simple.

This property has a million dollar view! The location is bang on, close to all the tourist attractions by walking distance. The only downside is that there is no room service, which is needed on a regular basis. This is an apartment style room. This is not a hotel, the front concierge doesnt have a clue what your room number is.

Great location
Great location - just across Front St. from the Rogers Centre. You can be back in your room 5 minutes after the final out of a Jays game. I was on the 30th floor and had no issues with the elevators - wait times were minimal even at 8AM on a weekday. Maybe the problems that others had were with the bank of elevators dealing with the lower floors? The place was generally clean, but not quite as clean as you'd see from a major hotel chain. The ensuite bathroom fan in particular was filthy - full of dusty goo that would only take 30 seconds to clean out with a vacuum or Swiffer. My suite had a coffee pot, kettle, pots & pans, dishes and flatware for 4 people, some glasses and mugs, but not much beyond that. At most there are 4 settings of flatware, and it's dollar-store quality - flimsy and small. Internet was good (about 75Mb down / 10 Mb up) but I had to power cycle the router when I first got there in order to get it going. TV is via an Android TV box running some sort of grey-market IPTV subscription service. Channel selection and quality seemed OK (I wasn't around to watch much) but the grey-market nature of the service is a bit off-putting.
