"This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed...
