The early check in link through Hotels .com gave us a scare when the Novotel answered a query by saying they couldn't find the reservation, however, the actual check in at the desk was quick and easy . "This was in a pretty good location! They offered breakfast options and waters in our room on the first day (nothing was ever refilled though like they had originally told us). They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner in all of the showers. There were a pair of spa slippers for each person which was cute.
