"The property was in a great location with tram, bus and walking access to all of Edinburgh. You can reach the other end of the Royal Mile in ~30mins walking. We will definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here two nights with my friend and we really liked the room. It was cute and clean and the staff was kind and helpful even when we needed help with a few things. It is an older place so everything wasn't brand new (I've seen a few reviews about it being old and gross) but my room was lovely and I had no problems with the condition or cleanliness of anything. Breakfast was ok, it was nice it was cooked to order but it took a while but they had a few options if you were in a rush. I would stay here again "

"Classy hotel / beautiful internet and stately exterior. It was somewhat walkable to Old Town - but a little more of a hike than some other options. There’s no parking, so if you have a car, you’ll have to find a place to park overnight. We enjoyed two nights here and aside from the longer walk from attractions, we’d stay again."
