"Lovely stay in a club room but would have liked a better view , there was something making a humming noise outside which kept us awake in the last night , would like water to be put in the minibar so chilled on arrival , also a heated towel rail , also no water cups at the spa , overall very good , would like the option of eggs Benedict at breakfast or fried egg/ omelette . Food was very good , also would like extra pillows in room "

"Lovely bar/lounge area with games and relaxed vibes. Great service throughout from staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Large enough for an extended stay. Would stay again if travelling in to city centre only a short walk"

"Nice room although separate toilet was a little dark. There was drilling going on in the morning somewhere in the hotel. Breakfast was good although coffee was a bit weak, even espresso. "
