Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right. "This hotel is located in an older home in Coyoacan, although it is nicely maintained. The place felt really safe and was in a great and quiet location in an area where few nice hotels were available. It was also about 20 minutes from a mall called Oasis Coyoacan and a walking distance to the Frida Kahlo house. Inside, they have a water filter (something you don't see very much in Mexico) and a communal tv room with Netflix. Overall it was exactly what we needed for our visit. "
