"There was nothing wrong with the room itself. However, they did not send the gate code ahead of time as promised. When I arrived on site during their business hours no one was there and the place was locked up. I tried calling, but no one picked up and there was no voice mail message. "Slept poorly due to combination of a "smart" thermostat that was apparently determined to blow cold air as much as it could, and blankets that were inadequate to insulate us against the icy breeze. We ended up running the heater, even though autumn temps wouldn't need it, and the darned thermostat ran cold air whenever it wasn't heating. "The renovation of the location is great. New finishes with an hint to vintage flair. I enjoyed being able to park my vehicle right outside my door. I traveled alone this time but I would have loved to have friends or family with me to enjoy sitting around the fire pit or cooking a meal under the pavilion. There is a feeling of being a part of the side of a Tennessee Mountain. Come and enjoy this hillside bungalow."

"Property was very clean and cozy with access to nearby shopping and attractions. Kitchen was well stocked. Property shares a wall with another structure, but we never heard any other people and it still felt very private. Floors are extremely squeaky, so if you or your partner don't wake up at the same time, it could be problematic. "My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget."

"This cozy home was our oasis while our dog received cancer treatments in Chattanooga. Immaculately clean and very comfortable, it was a short ten minute drive to the Vet clinic and downtown. The large fenced backyard was an added bonus."

"The room was very nice and comfortable. I like the shampoo,conditioner and Lotion were all on the wall for easy use. The breakfast was good with waffles maker,scrambled eggs,sausage patties. Cereal,yogurt,apple,muffins,biscuits & gravy. Juice’s coffee. The carpet in the halls on the second floor were not real clean. They might be changing it to vinyl like they did on the ground level. We will be staying there again in February. They also allow pets for 20.00. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They also had a small couch in the room. Elevator was great! "
