Olivia the manager, is an amazing advocate for her guest and takes customer service to a whole new level. I only stay here when I go to Chatanooga. The gym is great, it’s right beside Starbucks and has Ulta and Nordstrom Rack across the street. Easy access to I 75.

It was a smooth stay and it was inexpensive. But the found a live roach in the sink. We had a really loud guest next door and they had to evacuate them which ruined our sleep for more than 3 hours middle of the night. But the staff were friendly.

Though the room was in fairly good condition otherwise, there was black mold in the bathroom that was so bad, it made my throat hurt. There were also dirty towels on the floor when we arrived and the trash had no been emptied.

It was well kept, clean, and neat. Only negatives were some noisy guests in the hall for prolonged time. Also, no breakfast was available except the last day of a eight day stay. It was Thanksgiving week but upon arrival they said breakfast from like 7 to 9;30, but it was not available.
