The room was nicer than expected. The girl working the desk was on the phone the entire time we were checking in. I also didn't mind being on the 2nd floor, but no elevator is crazy. I think people need to be well informed if they have to be on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was wonderful and there is really nothing bad to say about the property at all. It's been recently renovated and as it is just off I-75, it is easy access to everything Chattanooga. The decor is adorable and although most people would think (as it is not as well known as other hotel properties), that it might not be what you'd expect however it is that plus. The price was also on point while other hotels in the vicinity were 50-75 more per night. This will be our hotel of choice when we go back.
