"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. "The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!"

"Mike was great with meeting us at the marina. Gave us a crash course on how to work things. Simple overall. Our boys (4 and 7) had a blast. Within walking distance of downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend this experience. "

"What was suppose to be our planned BD escape turned out to be Our Milton Retreat and savior to enjoy Beautiful weather and adventure. Close to everything… really enjoyed Rock City and various walks/ hikes around with our pup. The house was welcoming and relaxing! The kitchen was on point between the Keurig and pans which are key for me as the cook. The pups Loved the back yard and the cool evenings. "My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget."
