"The room was clean and recently upgraded. We especially liked that there were no small crawl spaces at the head of the bed under the mattress platform, that our cat could crawl into. Many other hotels leave small spaces for smaller pets to crawl and hide in under the bed. only thing we missed was that there wasn't a coffee machine in the room, nor a microwave to heat up coffee or tea. "This was the only property available on our trip down to NOLA right off the highway. I was skeptical about booking a 2 star but we were exhausted. Not sorry at all. It was absolutely immaculate! Staff isn't friendly at all but , whatever. We need a shower and sleep, this fit the bill. "

Large level fenced in backyard your pets will enjoy

"What was suppose to be our planned BD escape turned out to be Our Milton Retreat and savior to enjoy Beautiful weather and adventure. Close to everything… really enjoyed Rock City and various walks/ hikes around with our pup. The house was welcoming and relaxing! The kitchen was on point between the Keurig and pans which are key for me as the cook. The pups Loved the back yard and the cool evenings. Would definitely consider returning if our travels get us back to Chattanooga. Super nice and...

"My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget."

"I really don't have any complaints at all. I stayed for 2 nights. Front staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, no sign of bugs or mold. The $50 deposit was returned upon checkout. The area has a few fast food restaurants and a Walmart right down the road which is very convenient. Has zero issues with my stay. "

"Very nice property! Lovely courtyard with a gas fire pit and nice furniture. The pool was closed for the season, but looked great! Our room was very clean, great bed linens and really good bed! So convenient to 75N. Many restaurants in walking distance. Sherry, at the front desk, was very helpful, and extremely good at familiarizing us with the area. We will definitely stay again on future trips North and South! "
