"I’m in the Spa is awesome. One of the cooler hotels I have stayed in in the past year. As an id traveler, I wouldn’t highly recommend this to anyone looking to go on a La Fortuna adventure."

"If you want to stay in the forest away from the crowd, this is a great spot. Quiet. Secluded. Need a car to get to and from the city and excursions. Place was clean, well kept, spacious. I’d stay here again! Opened my window and saw monkeys outside! "

"We loved our treehouse vacation. The family is so friendly and welcoming and answers emails very quickly. The house is so beautiful and fully outfitted and you truly feel like you are in the trees. Be mindful that this is near town which is great if you don't have a car, but you do hear cars, children and the occasional donkey braying. It was close enough to walk to a grocery. "The staff took very good care of us. My husband booked a birding tour through the Eco Lodge and the guide did an excellent job. Our room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The lodge is off the main roads so is more quiet. We would stay again."

"Our group of 2 families enjoyed the stay here. We had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, but very windy. The scenery was the highlight for adults. Kids loved the mini golf and the upstairs loft (beware of the steep steps). It is about an hour drive to the volcano. Lots to see and do within an hour drive in all directions. "Great location near the Arenal Volcano. Easy access into the town of La Fortuna. Plenty to do around the property, primarily enjoying a range of thermal pools. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurants. Fun spa. Even a small gym. A great place to visit."

"Camino Verde is an exceptional place to stay. The shared deck area is a real highlight. It boasts views across into the cloud forest and is protected from the wind and mist by folding floor to ceiling glass doors. There is a wood burning stove, shared kitchen, free tea and coffee all day. The breakfast is exceptional and good food can be enjoyed in the Soda just next door. The decor is quirky and there are plenty of shared indoor and outdoor spaces so whichever room you choose, there are always options. Walkable into the centre of Santa Elena with secure parking. Highly recommended. "

We had a great time!

"Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, enjoyed strolling the farm area. The hot springs pools, while not as lush as those at Tabacon, were actually better for relaxing in, having your own space, grabbing a drink and a bite to eat, etc. Was impressed at how well suited this place is both for a couple's getaway and for a family-friendly stay."

"Beautiful property. Great pool. Great views. This hotel is a little pricier than the others in the area but it worked out great for us. There was a nice pool and bar to relax in after a day’s activities. The room was clean and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold. The included breakfast had a nice buffet. Our dinner was excellent as well. Overall all a terrific experience. "
