"Love the volcano view and the landscaping that allowed for so much privacy yet walkable to pools and restaurants. Food didn’t disappoint and service was amazing in all staff positions. Ordered room service for dinner and arrived in 30 minutes. Pool bartender Carlos was fabulous and attentive to everyone with patience and humor. "

"We have stayed at Nayara 4 times. Once at the tented camp and 3 times at Nayara springs. This trip we brought family because we wanted them to see how amazing its is and they were blown away. The grounds of the property are gorgeous, you feel like you are in paradise the minute you arrive. The customer service is beyond, they are the nicest staff you will ever meet, they go above and beyond to make anything You could want or need happen. "

"This has to be the nicest resort I have ever stayed at! The time of year we were there (early May) wasn't busy at all so we had no trouble finding a hot springs pool all for ourselves. There is a LOT of wildlife to see on their huge property. We did a guided nighttime walk with flashlights and we saw sloths, monkeys, frogs, and (gulp) snakes! The food at their restaurants was great! I ordered something different every night but my wife insisted on getting the same "Typical Costa Rican Meal" each and every night because she liked it so much. My rental car picked up a nail in the tire during the drive there (WARNING: it was three hour drive for us from San Jose) and the Valet re-inflated the tire and gave me directions to a local tire shop to get it repaired (for five bucks - what a deal!). We really want to come back to the Springs again some day!"

"The hotel was really amazing and convenient. We really enjoyed our private cabin with the jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. We like that they had on call transportation for us whenever we wanted to go into town. The pool, bar and dining areas were very spacious and nice. We really enjoyed their food and drinks. Definitely recommend to stay here as a couple trip."
