"We had a nice stay in this property. Nice cozy bed, smart TV, kitchen (microwave, 2 ring stove, fridge, sink, pots, pans, cutlery, cutting board, and such), bathroom, and sitting area both inside and outside. What makes this accommodation special is the family thatt run it. Melissa is at the front desk 12 hours a day, and she speaks fluent English and is extremely helpful. I asked her lots of questions about the different things to do in the area and she was happy to answer them, even though...

"This property has excellent potential, but currently is overpriced. We had no tv while there, internet was down second day due to changing providers, not enough dishes to feed 5 people, only one ratty dish towel, lawn chairs instead of real indoor seating. Beds were comfortable but some sheets had holes in them. If you like rustic this is perfect. The cabins are set back in the woods making it feel you are out in the woods. "This place was amazing! Perfect size for two people. King size bed was comfortable. Amazing Views of lake and volcano. Grill and hot tub did not work. That is only reason we are rating a 4. I would absolutely stay here again. Close to everything in this area.great restaurant and all activities a short drive"
