"Very nice hotel ideally placed 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station with links to airport and all the tourist sites within Berlin. All of the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas were all well maintained and well decorated. The room allocated was a good size, warm, cleaned each day and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. Thank you."

"Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful."

The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! "The best I've experienced this year (over 20+ hotels this year alone) - Awesome staff, spacious and clean room with hit water heater with coffee and tea, fabulous breakfast, fun bar, and very interesting art throughout the facility. The chocolate at bedside was a nice add. Lastly, the location is central and very convenient with public transportation close by. What was missing? Decaffeinated coffee in the room and no luggage rack - minor."
