"The only thing we weren’t happy with was my husband’s quite ill, and we went as a family to spend quality time together since it might be our last one with my husband he got sick in the lobby and he could barely walk asked about a wheelchair the only thing was you needed a $200 deposit. Yes you would’ve got it back at the end but we did not have $200 to put Down for the wheelchair so we weren’t able to get one so we weren’t happy with that they could have let me borrow it push them up to the room and then bring it right back down, but that’s not what happened. No money you don’t get one."

"Nice property. Off site parking is across the road and somewhat inconvenient when you have small children. Lengthy walk from Clifton Hill and no shuttles to or from Clifton Hill from hotel. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again 🙂"

"We were actually booked at another hotel and had the most disgusting confrontation with the front desk manager that we looked elsewhere and found this hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and empathetic to our situation. Check in was a breeze, the room was wonderful. They did a courtesy phone call about 30 minutes after checking in to make sure we were happy with the room. The breakfast and cleaning staff were amazing as well. Very close to Clifton Hill which was a great bonus. Absolutely recommend staying here!!"
