"What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Right opposite St Paul’s! As soon as me and my friends arrived we felt so welcome, check in was smooth and we even got a complimentary mimosa. The room was lovely and enough space for the 5 of us and the room was quiet. We found a lovely Asian restaurant not far from the hotel on the Saturday night and on Sunday morning we made use of the hotels spa. We loved it. We would highly recommend a stay here again! "We stayed here for 2 nights on our anniversary weekend and were upgraded to an executive suite with a kitchen (we have hotels.com platinum status). The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, the layout was perfect so we had space and felt relaxed. We overlooked the rear courtyard on the 4th floor, lovely and quiet. "Excellent hotel beat Liverpool St. station. Free room upgrade and bottle of wine included. Fantastic room which was small but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible view over central London. Great strength hairdryer! Walkable to many underground stations and the main train station. If I had booked longer I would have made use of the fitness suite. Will definitely consider staying here again for my London trips! "

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels in London and Canopy hotel has had the most friendly, kind and welcoming staff so far which really stood out to us. Room service was very quick in this hotel as well, as I’ve had to call room service several times for cutlery after waiting half an hour in different hotels.
