I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the updated rooms and bathrooms, especially considering the building's older architecture. The blend of modern amenities with historical charm made for a unique and comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was both good and convenient, providing a great start to the day. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic, with bars, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Unusual hotel. Good location being ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station, the tower and St.Pauls. the breakfast was a great bonus and it is A good pub downstairs. The rooms are good and well appointed. My only concern is that the hotel is a converted bank. We loved the decor and feel of the place but it ihas long and winding hallways which I wouldn't want to carry large suitcases around. A carry on case isn't an issue. So a bit quirky but breakfast makes up for it
