"Nice hotel"

"My day was good. The hotel was clean. The beds were a little firm and the bathtub had a squeaky noise when you took a shower, but it was in a very safe location and the atmosphere was good. The complementary breakfast was OK. The selection seemed to be a little limited compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in. So stuff like potatoes wasn’t there and some of the prepackaged pastries were a little old and that’s just my honest review compared to other places that I’ve stayed at like Holiday...

"I was charged a $50 pet fee that wasn’t disclosed when I checked in. I had to sign a paper acknowledging responsibility for my pet but the employee didn’t let me know I would be charged an additional fee. Otherwise it was a good stay. The room was in good condition, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options. "

"Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block."
