"The property was nice and very easy to get to. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hot Springs. The room was clean and comfortable except for some stains on the carpet. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The lady running the breakfast did an excellent job of making sure that there was plenty of food available. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Made reservation here for bad weather since we live about 40 miles from work service was excellent went to desk to add another night and they took care of it with no trouble and even got to keep the room we had room was clean. The complementary breakfast was awesome lots of choices ally pleased with overall stay"

"The shower was great - steady water pressure. The heating unit worked very well, no complaints. The room was clean and modern. The beds were a little firm for us, we woke up a little achy every day. The coffee maker in the bedroom didn't work. We stayed 6 nights and were never offered fresh towels or housekeeping service, though the sticker on the mirror indicated that any stay 3 days or longer would receive both. I would look for other accommodations on my next trip. "
