There was some problems with the water before our trip but Melissa reached out and gave us multiple options. Super sweet! Luckly the pipes unfroze and everything was okay. "Adorable place, lots of room, pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a must see/stay! Absolutely loved the balconies. Overall great stay! We felt the cleaning fee was a bit high due to finding hairs on/in bedding and all the tidying up rules upon leaving. But again overall this is an amazing place! I will mention the loop road to get in and out of the chalet area is a disaster (not any fault of property owners at all) Just a warning I have a small Acura and scrapped the bottom of my car several...
