"i didn't like that the shower was not handicap accessible. They switched me to a larger room with a tub and provided a shower chair but is was scary getting in and out of the tub to shower as there was not any grab bars and water pressure was very low. "

"Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block."
