Our room was large with lots of space for luggage. It had coffee machine as well as microwave and refrigerator. All worked well."

"Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block."
